Eligible customers
＜For International Arrival＞

1. First Class passengers arriving on All Nippon Airways operated international flights（excluding code-share flights operated by partner airlines） and one accompanying guest per customer on the day of arrival only.

2. Business Class passengers arriving on ANA operated international flights（excluding code-share flights operated by partner airlines） on the day of arrival only. (No accompanying guest permitted)

3. ANA Diamond Service members, ANA Platinum Service members and ANA Super Flyers Card members arriving on ANA operated international flights（excluding code-share flights operated by partner airlines） and one accompanying guest per customer on the day of arrival only.

Customers arriving on other Star Alliance Member airlines' operated International flights are not eligible to use the lounge.

＜For Domestic departure＞

1. ANA Diamond Service members, ANA Platinum Service members and ANA Super Flyers Card members on ANA international flights and one accompanying guest per customer.

2. Star Alliance Gold members departing Narita on ANA domestic flights on the day of departure only and one accompanying guest per member. Other Star Alliance Member airlines' Star Alliance Gold Members are not entitled to access the lounge when they travel on a non-Star Alliance airline operating flight.
*No customers arriving on ANA domestic flights permitted.

3. ANA Bronze service members departing on ANA domestic flights on the day of departure only may access this lounge by deducting 1,000 miles per use from their mileage account. (No accompanying guest permitted)

However, customers may only use our Japan domestic flight Lounge provided that their arrival airport on the international flight and their departure airport on the Japan domestic flight are the same airport (See Itinerary 2).
Customers flying Economy Class Normal Fare*2, Eco-wari Premium Fare*3 or Eco-wari Premium Light Fare may only use our International flight Lounge at their departure airport (See Itinerary 3).


*1 Applies when using the following Japan domestic airports: Sapporo (Chitose), Sendai, Tokyo (Haneda), Komatsu, Nagoya (Chubu), Osaka (Itami), Hiroshima, Matsuyama, Fukuoka, Miyazaki, Kumamoto, Kagoshima, and Okinawa (Naha).
*2 Does not apply to flights departing or arriving in Tokyo (Haneda), or to Seoul and Honolulu flights.
