A Super Tuscan red produced by the legendary Bibi Graetz, a winemaker much revered by sommeliers all over the world. Graetz, himself a gifted artist, designs the labels for his bottles. His Testamatta has been highly acclaimed since its first vintage in 2000. Brilliant aromas of rose and violet fill the nose and a gentle acidity complements the refined tannins.

A merlot from Shigekazu Misawa of the Chuo Budoshu winery, one of Japan's greatest winemakers. A blend of grapes grown in two regions in Yamanashi Prefecture, this wine exudes gentle flowery aromas on the nose. Tannins, acidity, and alcohol are softly and skillfully balanced. Many similarities to appellations from St-Émilion, Bordeaux.

He ages ansonica old-vine grapes (80 years on average) indigenous to the Island of Giglio for more than ten months. Nuances of cinnamon faintly rise from the sweet aromas of ripe apple. A generous, dynamic wine with just the right amount of alcohol.

A chardonnay from one of Japan's most prominent wineries. This vintage appeared in a popular Japanese manga series on wine that became a hit in France. Grapes are primarily grown in sun-drenched Akeno, in Yamanashi Prefecture. Hints of sweet pineapple float in citrus freshness. A most elegant wine, with tender, mild acidity that spreads and leaves a faint sweetness in its wake.

From a château with a distinct history of premier cru wines in Sauternes, the Mecca of sophisticated sweet white wines. Has a sweet, voluptuous perfume redolent of acacia nectar and mango.
