Fall asleep in New York, wake up rested in Helsinki – the new full-flat seats are here!
Business Class travellers on Finnair's route from New York to Helsinki will be the first ones to indulge our new full-flat seats that recline to a fully horizontal position. With this renewal Finnair want to give our customers the best possible travel experience on overnight flights.
On Monday 6 April, the first aircraft with the new look, the brand new Airbus A330-300 OH-LTM, will take off for North America.
The design of the new seats also offers passengers more privacy. 90% of Business Class passengers have a direct access to an aisle, and of the 45 seats 15 have been positioned so that there are no other seats next to them. In addition, there is more storage space than before for hand luggage and clothes. These improvements are a part of Finnair's long-haul traffic fleet modernization that will also reduce emissions significantly
