Falcon Gold business class Offering the very best elements of Gulf Air’s First Class for the price of a traditional Business Class fare. traditional three cabin service has been changed into a consolidated two cabin product. There are now only two cabins onboard GF aircraft; Falcon Gold and economy.
GF First Class pax continue to enjoy all the elements of the service at better value. Falcon Gold fares will be on a par with traditional Gulf Air Business Class fares with a simple choice of pricing options linked directly to the flexibility of the ticket purchased.
As part of GF substantial fleet and product upgrade programme, from the end of 2011 Gulf Air will introduce a new state-of-the-art flat bed throughout the Falcon Gold cabins on long haul flights operating on routes over 4.5 hours. Full fare paying Falcon Gold passengers will be granted priority for the sleeper seats where available (rows 1 & 2 on wide bodied aircraft A330-200 (332) and A340-300 (340).
Sleeper seats are not a guaranteed feature of the Falcon Gold cabin. less flexible Falcon Gold fares will continue to enjoy Gulf Air’s lie-flat business class seats, available on the airline’s A330 and A340 aircraft which operate on Gulf Air’s long haul routes including, London, Frankfurt, Paris, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and a number of regional routes on an ad-hoc basis.
In the interim, customers travelling on a fully flexible Falcon Gold ticket will be granted the airline’s sleeper seats, positioned at the front of the aircraft, when available.
Sleeper Seat service is available for our long haul flight between Bahrain and Bangkok, Frankfurt, Kuala Lumpur, London, Paris, and a number of regional routes on ad-hoc basis. However, due to operational reasons the aircraft operating on these routes may change at any time without notice.

Gulf Air will also be refurbishing the entire Falcon Gold cabin interior to create a comfortable and consistent feel to the newly defined premium space. This will be completed by April 2010.
