Continental Airlines waive the $15 fee for a first checked bag if the customer is a Continental Chase credit or debit card member. Passengers traveling with a card holder also will be eligible for the waiver if they are listed in the same reservation and check in at the same time.
The fee waiver for checked bags in conjunction with the Continental Airlines Debit MasterCard will not be valid for travel on or after April 1.This change effects the Chase Continental Airlines Debit Card, Chase Continental Preferred Debit Card and Chase Continental Airlines Business Debit Card.
Continental Airlines Presidential Plus credit Card members get their first and second checked bags free every time they fly when they purchase their tickets with their Card for flights operated by Continental only (a savings of up to $120 per round trip per passenger checking bags).
Up to eight customers traveling with the eligible primary credit Cardmember will also get their first and second checked bags free if they are listed in the same reservation.
